About Meaghan
With a background in graphic design, I found myself chained to a desk, accumulating unhealthy habits while searching for my creative spark within an industry that often left me drained. My journey took a pivotal turn when personal loss and later, the challenge of postnatal depression, forced me to reevaluate my lifestyle and the value I placed on my well-being.
The real transformation began four years ago, during a period of deep introspection sparked by a simple walk with my dog. It was then I realized the necessity of living for myself, not just to please others. This epiphany led me to the healing power of mushrooms. Diving into the cultivation of medicinal mushrooms opened a new world for me, one where I could marry my love for wholesome food with my craving for creativity.
Chocolate, a long-time indulgence, became my canvas for experimentation. Life Lab represents more than just a brand; it's a testament to a journey of rediscovering joy in the simplicity of food, the healing nature of mushrooms, and the ritual of mindful consumption. It's about creating something meaningful, hands-on, and, admittedly, facing challenges head-on.
Life Lab is my pledge to authenticity, a daily practice of well-being, and an invitation to others to join in this journey of transformation. It's a reminder that while there's no magic cure-all, there's immense power in pursuing what you love. After all, we get one life—let's make it count.
